As January fast becomes February we are celebrating 19 years of custom furniture creation as Live Edge Design. 

In the coming months we'll be travelling to meet clients in Toronto, Miami, Palm Springs, Fort Lauderdale and Calgary. If you'd like us to stop by and share our product updates, or if you have a dream of a solid wood piece you'd like designed, please reach out. 

When we are not working on custom creations for clients we are building event furniture for hotels under the 'Portare' brand. There are two exciting developments of the last few months that you have to know about . . .

1. We've added a round table to our folding event table line. These clever tables can seat 10 people with all the luxury of solid wood and great craftsmanship.
2. We've designed a stackable event chair to compliment our Portare tables.

These are all viewable on our newly renovated portare.ca website or live and in person at Catersource 2025.

Sugarcane Restaurant Tables in Las Vegas. These tables have fun and functional 'wings' that expand to create a full circular table that can seat more guests when the restaurant is hopping. (www.sugarganerestaurants.com)

A circular table top of solid white oak is inlaid with stone and leather to create a luxurious dining experience for guests that will last in the high performance restaurant world.

MEET OUR NEW MASCOT

Recently we have connected with a Donkey Sanctuary in Pennsylvania, Little Longears Donkey Rescue. After finding out about what this incredible 100 acre farm does to rescue and rehabilitate donkeys we decided to sponsor a donkey and share their story. Please meet our new mascot, Daisy.
