Cascomb communal bar table
Materials: Custom sourced and dried Fir gluelam beam.
Finish: Clear.
Base type: Cascade and Blackcomb combined.
This communal bar table is created from one long, reclaimed, gluelam beam. One leg appears to cascade to ground as a continuation of the top while the other appears to float on a minimal base of steel. Pictured at Pacific Shores, Nanoose Bay, BC. Dimensions…whatever you need them to be. Our Cascomb base is a hybrid, cross breed between our Cascade and Blackcomb table designs. One table leg is made from the same slab as the top and joined at a 90 degree angle so that the grain in the wood appears to ‘cascade’ down the table. The other leg is made of a solid steel hoop that has a minimal appearance.
