These flip-top dining tables were designed with flexibility in mind, seamlessly balancing craftsmanship and functionality for high-end hospitality environments. Built from solid white oak and fitted with precision drop-leaf hardware, each table transitions effortlessly from a square footprint to a fully round tabletop, allowing the layout to adapt quickly to changing seating needs—an increasingly popular solution within the restaurant industry.

This particular collection was custom made for Bourbon Steak Essex House in New York City, where maximizing space without compromising design was essential. The clean lines and warm oak finish allow the tables to blend naturally into the dining room while maintaining durability for daily service. In total, 15 tables were crafted for the project, each one built to exacting standards to ensure consistency, longevity, and ease of use in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting.
