2025 has been a year of adventure for us so far!  

In this time of trade war uncertainty we're are turning up the tenacity by increasing our travels and meetings, and tuning up our technology (see our previous newsletter HERE). 

Last week I was blessed to be a part of the BC Wood summer board retreat and decided to turn the opportunity into an impromptu client visit in Banff to Jasper, whilst also sharing the beauty and expanse of our province to my children (who were a treat during the 2148km round road trip).

On every trip we bring our mini Portare table. Fit for a doll's dinner, our 'ickle' tables make it much easier to demo our folding furniture line...Portare.

We will be attending the annual IDS Show in Vancouver, September 26th-28th at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Calgary

On Friday September 12th we will be inviting local interior designers to visit a fabulous group of artisan and bespoke makers, who call the Cowichan Valley home.

At this years ArtisTREE event in Victoria we reconnected with Adea Chung of the amazing Billy Would Designs. All of Adea's pieces are made from recycled and discarded offcuts, and each has a story.
